For several years to 2013, Joanne Tan was a Senior Property Consultant who successfully marketed and sold properties in Nedlands, West Perth, East Perth, Burswood, Perth City and its surrounds. Most of which are established properties. Most recently Joanne has been actively marketing development blocks in Nedlands after the re-zoning in 2019. Prior to that Joanne was private property investor and my experience includes buying and selling, subdividing duplex and triplex blocks, building, renovating and managing residential leases. Real estate has always been her passion, whether it is for investment or a home to live. Joanne's mission is to assist her clients achieve their real estate objectives utilising her years of experience and exposure to the industry. This apartment development was voted the best apartment building in Australia upon completion. David successfully sold off-the-plan as well as the resales.
